Ms. Levy, originally from the Philadelphia area, is the daughter of a physician-attorney and a speech language pathologist. As the daughter of two working professionals, Ms. Levy developed a strong work ethic and understanding of the challenges faced in employment relationships. Ms. Levy believes everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. Both employees and employers have an interest in a mutually beneficial relationship, and Ms. Levy strives to ensure that both employees and employers contribute to that relationship. Where employers fail to comply with the law or employees take advantage of an employer, Ms. Levy aggressively pursues enforcement of your rights.

Ms. Levy chose to go to law school after her next-door neighbors brought a lawsuit against her parents in an attempt to wrongfully claim title to some of her parents’ property. Ms. Levy watched her parents suffer not just because of the frivolous lawsuit, but also because of the excessively high legal fees. Wanting to help people and avoid the kind of overcharging experienced by her family, Ms. Levy pursued a legal career focusing on representing those who have been harmed while being realistic about the expense of litigation and the likely outcomes.
